Default Friday's Foods - July 14

Here goes:

Breakfast: strawberry yogurt parfait w/berries/granola, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO roast chicken, peas, baked potato w/margarine
1 banana

Snack: veggies w/lf dip (carrots, celery, cauliflower)

Pre-gym snack: soy cheese

Dinner: tbd

B: oatmeal or shredded wheat
L: smart ones (3 pts) and a run in with some combos
S: sf jello
D: finally buying a grill...either burgers or chicken with zucchini and squash and salad
S: sf/ff pudding

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, fresh blueberries, equal

Lunch: Sirloin burger, FF cheese, pickle, raw red onion, ketchup and a fresh fruit salad. Big lunch because we are going hospital to visit my GF.

Dinner: No clue but it will be light

d: not sure. family is having pigs in a blanket, but I have a feeling I should stay away from those.
