Melissa, do you dress the tomatoes and cucumbers or just eat them plain?

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

Lunch: LO Core corncakes; FF cottage cheese and peaches

Snack: Edamame

Dinner: Chipotle Burrito Bowl (grilled chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, guacamole, cheese for points) with brown rice made at home in chicken broth.

Dessert: Maybe nothing or a blueberry muffin

Just salt and pepper, especially when they're fresh from the garden!

I have a cucumber at home that needs to be eaten -- I should cut it up tonight with a tomato and give it a whirl!

I ran off with NO food this morning; just completely walked out. So far (lurkers, please turn your head ... this is NOT Core):

Breakfast: Banana and Light Ruffles chips

Then ... scavenging from my drawer at work,

Lunch: tomato soup and pineapple chunks
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: (home where lots of food will be) cucumber and tomato salad , rotisserie chicken, broccoli and wild rice

I'll have to have my salad tomorrow. Too much to do at home, including exercise!

Well no leftovers from my dinner last night so I had to wing it from what I found in the kitchen!

Breakfast: 1 banana, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: packaged couscous salad - looks all core (couscous, tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, green onions, fresh parsley, canola oil, sea salt, vinegar, spices!), a few slices of cheddar soy cheese (for protein!)

Snack: 1 hb egg, apple

Dinner: 1 slice pizza, lots of salad, fresh fruit, diet pepsi
