I finally got DH to go to the yoga centre with me and we will be taking our "test the waters" class this weekend. It will be a 90 minute Bikram class which I'm really looking forward to.
Okay here's my week
Sunday: 1 hour walk
Monday: 1/2 hour walk, 1 hour weeding
Tuesday: 1 hour walk
Wednesday: 30 minute walk, 45 min elliptical
Thursday: 40 min elliptical
Today: 30 min walk so far
Last night - took the same nature hike as on Monday - although this time it seemed way more difficult - must have been the temp outside - it was much warmer.
On the bright side it looks like this little walking group is going to be every Monday and Thursday.
