I'm new and would like to know how to add the weight loss ticker and also how to keep it updated?

To add a weight loss ticker:

Go to User CP (in the upper left corner of the page)...you can add a ticker under "Edit Signature" or add an avatar (picture) here. The tickers from www.tickerfactory.com track your weight in tenths.

It worked but you should copy it into your Signature, not into your post. Then it will appear automatically with every post.
