A teeny tiny pound! Of course when you lose a pound it's a big pound!

Could it be TOM? I wouldn't worry about it - just look back on how much you've achieved!! This is a tiny blip and it will help you 're-motivate' yourself. (Well.... thats what I tell myself when I gain a pound...!)

I am struggling to lose over the last week even though I've been really good and been to the gym 3 times this week. I have stayed the same. I was sure I'd have a great loss so i am really disheartened!

Nope, can't even use that excuse!
I do know i've not eaten very well, if running late I tend to skip dinner.
Oh well, hopefully this week will be ok.

Tell her it's none of her business. You lose weight for yourself not her.
