Default 4 day Mini Chalenge

well i am sure taking small steps. And i know many will not see this till monday. but i am having a "get rid of the pig out, get back on tract for the rest of the month mini challenge"

Sound like a deal??? monday till thursday OP all the way!!!! drink till you float, and get your self back!!!

take this time to rid your self of the fluid gaind from eating off plan

Take this time to reflect and plan on the december month.

the toughest time is comming and is a strain for all of us. physically, financially, and emotionally. The last thing we need it to be criticising and gettting down on our selves for not eating OP. So lets decide how we are going to work this next month. take this week to make our plans, and then on friday we can implement them. OK?

so while we are cleansing our selves from the weekend (congratulations to those that did great) and a good hand up to those of us who did ok and a big hand up to those that did lousey. start again and lets start to plan our attack for this next month.

Default I am IN!

Sue, this is a TERRIFIC idea. The problem I have is that I'm always telling myself losing weight is going to take x amount of time... and how fast can I get to goal. WRONG thing to do.

This 4 day mini challenge is just what I need to pump it back up and get myself ready to face Christmas.

I think we should have mini challenges like this a lot!


My goals for the next 4 days:
-Drink at least my required amount of water (152.5 fluid ounces to be exact!)
-Go to the gym three times and work myself hard (sometimes I let my mind drift off while riding the bike and don't cycle as hard as I should)
-Write in my personal journal every night to reflect on how I feel about my mini goals and the other things that are effecting them
-Record my calorie and fat intake

I am poping in just to say that i am doing fine and staying OP so far so good. exercise is going good i am pushing myself really hard!!!

I am OP all the way. even with starting teh new job.

getting my water in, working out each am and lo carb eating all the way!

PAT IT IS SHRINKING!!!! ( I will not say this to loud!!)

I saw a whoosh on the scale this morning

I am so excited i am SOOO OP this week!!! and the exercise is really intence!!

Well since i am alone here i will say that i have lost 5 lbs this week much of it is fluid but some fat!!! I am still kicking butt to!!!

WOW! No matter what it is 5 lbs is 5 lbs. Way to go. That is a great boost. You go girl!

It is a little quiet here today. I miss the posts.

I am still OP and drinking water as I post.
