Thats a lot of Tae Bo! If I did strictly Tae Bo as my only exercise I think I would go a . But its good that you have found something that works for you. For the moment I ride a stationary bike everyday for 60 minutes and every other day I do Striptease Aerobics...which is sooooooo much fun! I've also begun, just today, to ride my bike durning a tv show and when a commerical comes on to do crunches. It seemes easier this way and I'm not getting burnt out on crunches and bike riding.

Kudos for finding something that works for you!

Tae Bo is Fun!! I don't think I could do it all the time either though, I've only ever done Billy Blanks Tae Bo.

I also ride a stationary Bike, crunches during commercials is a good idea Hoosier!

I am going to rotate Walk Away the Pounds 4 & 5 mile with Taebo. But right now I'm enjoying Taebo so much that I am simply doing Taebo alone...

I like Tae Bo too. I did it on tape. My routine was so simple before. I went to Jazzercise M-W-F religiously. But have no joined the YMCA.. and I'm now not sure which classes or days I am going to go. hmmm. Decisions. Decisions.

Personally I didn't like Tae Bo - I find the real life is MUCH more fun! Once you get a taste of that you can never go back!

However, it looks like you're getting your money's worth from the DVD
