Greetings all.
I used to use 3FC years ago and now I'm back. I'm a single mom of two. 36 years old and fat. Fat, fat, fat. LOL
Finally decided it's time for it to go. I've been doing induction for about a week now. Going good. Haven't cheated. My skin actually feels smoother.
I don't own a scale. The last time I was on one I was about 200 lbs. I'm guessing I'm between 200 - 220 now. As you can see from my sig. I'm not really counting pounds any whos. I'd rather go on how I feel, look and how my clothes fit.

And going by the way your clothes feel instead of the scale is an AWESOME way to do things. This way you won't get discouraged if the scale doesn't go down. Don't forget to take measurements though. That'll help the process as well. Come join us on the weekly chat thread
