Default I resisted!!

This is such a small victory, but I'll take anything! For some reason, whenever I eat at work, it seems I'm hungry not long afterwards and crave something sweet from the snack machine. Such was the case last night, but I tried not to make that walk. I even got to the point of laying the change out on my desk, but I am proud to report that it is still there tonight! Yea!
I'm going to see if I can hold out again tonight. Guess I'd better go refill my water bottle!

Yay! There is no such thing as a small victory.

I do this kickboxing video, and the guy says this one thing that i've tried to take to heart...

Every effort...big or small...is always rewarded. I've heard that snack machine calling and been in the parking lot of a 7-11 wanting a haagen daaz bar, and let me tell you, I know your effort was big. So great job!

Way to go! I agree that this isn't a small victory. Those darn candy machines/ ice cream bars (what ever your biggest temptation) are really powerful & they can be very hard to resist. It's a step in the right direction!

I think that is great! Congrats!!
Why don't you put the change in a jar everytime you get the urge and then after you have saved so much reward yourself with something new.
