Default Zelma's Before and After pics
I don't think I've posted these as 'goal' photos before, because I had always thought I would lose a little more. But for the moment, my body just seems to want to sit at this weight, so I think I'll settle for that. I do have a bit of loose skin (thank you for sharing Zelma), so that probably makes up for a little bit of the 'excess' weight I feel as though I'm carrying.

Anyway... I hope these work out...





I didn't think I needed to name them "before" and "after".

I have more pics on the link below my tracker, as well as a link to a PDF document about how I lost my weight.

It's hard to imagine that you are the same person Zelma! I know personally with this journey, that in more ways than one, we aren't the same person. So many changes and lessons along the way. It's an endeavor that changes you.

Many congrats! You've accomplished that which many haven't and are where they want to be themselves. You're an inspiration!
