Looking for someone to counsel me
As I've said before, I'm doing this program on my own. It's not that I can't pay for the program or I don't want to, it's that I have paid for it before. It worked wonderfully and I liked it, though about half way through I got really sick of driving to the center to weigh in and have someone maybe talk to me for three mnutes, then out the door. I've also moved and I live and go to school so far away from the center, it'd take me an hour just to get there and an hour back. It's not going to happen. I decided doing it again I'd go solo. But I'm frustrated.
I'm doing the Red plan with Luna bars. Would anyone be interested in being sort of a temporary counselor for me? Just for a week or so look over my diary of info and tell me if you see where I'm missing food or choosing the wrong food or whatever.
See, I've already discovered that the info I have and remember from 7 years ago has changed from then to now and I feel like I should be doing better.
I'd really appreciate it if someone would be willing to do this for me, preferably someone who's been doing this program a long time and has or still is doing the red plan (I have over 100lbs to lose).
