Default Fudgesicle question

I can't find ones that say "sugar-free". All I see are ones that say "no sugar added." Is that the same thing? If not, where are y'all finding sugar free ones? (I'm in Orlando.)

No sugar added means that the only sugar is milk sugar - lactose. There is really no such thing as sugar free as they all have one of the -oses or sugar alcohol like sorbitol or malitol. Please post the actual ingredients.

Thanks Ruth! Here are the ingredients: Nonfat milk, matodestrin, lactitol, polydextrose, cocoa, sorbitol, wehy, coconut oil, microcystalline cellulose, tricalcium phosphate, momo and diglycerides, guar gum, polysorbate 65 & 80, carrageenan, malt powder, salt, cellulose gum, aspartame, artificial flavor, acesulfame potassium, citric acid.

And, according to the nutrition facts, it has 2g of sugar and 9g carbohydrate

Hi Hippy chick, hmmm looks like a lot of those "oses" and sugar alcohols like sorbitol and lactitol.... Try to look for " The Original Fudgesicle NSA" - it's in a yellow box.. The term "NSA" that you see on some products is short hand for No Sugar Added...

Bummer! Guess I'll look around a bit more. Thanks guys! It really stinks that food manufacturers can promote that no sugar has been added to a product when it has sugar alcohols in them. Sneaky devils!
