My current weight is 187.5.I lost down to 171.5 but had surgery and was off plan for awhile and gained a few pds back
My goal is 160 but my all time ultimate goal(if I can reach it,I am 5'9")140
I am in Illinois,madison County.Close to St.Louis ,Mo

I am also doing the wendie Plan.I like the set amount of points daiyl and the variation in the points.I basicly eat really good all week and on my SHD I use the 15pts towards a treat(like poptarts,blizzard,cookies,piece of cake,etc)

Okay Starting on Salad - 3/7
Finishing up my first 32 oz of water !!!


Someone asked if I wanted them to get my Jamba Juice while they were out - Guess alot of people were getting some - and ya know how much I like to be a part of .... But I said No - thank God I am Broke

Moral of the story - BEING BROKE CAN BE A GOOD DIET TOOL

hello again,
I will weigh in with you all on Tuesday. I am from SW Washington, and looking foward to tracking with you! A couple of questions. I just read about the wendie version of WW, how is that going for anyone who is doing it? And also, is anyone else starving?? I feel like I can barely make it to the next snack or meal. Is this how it is in the beginning? I am not sure if I am doing the points right, because I am nursing, but not as much anymore. So am I supposed to follow the nursing or regular points. Anyone know??

OK. Tuesday weigh ins are fine with me. Guess that means we've "started".
I'm from New Tripoli, Pa. I've broken my goals down to really 5-6 pound increments....my first one being 230....
what is the wendie plan? I haven't been to WW in ages and the last time I was there they only had 2 choices the points and the core... is this something new? Also, not to be a blockhead but what is SHD?
Cola chicken? Honestly, I must be living under a rock.....sounds good...share the recipe and points...thanks!

I am off to a better start than yesterday!! I didnt have a very on program day, but thats ok its a new day and I have gotta weigh in on tuesday!!!!

I think I went over just a few pts yesterday. For some reason it was a really hard day for me I just wanted to EAT yesterday!

subway chicken wrap i guessed this at 10

I got 70oz of water down yesterday.


Oh PLEASE share the Cola chicken recipe I would love to hear it too!

The Wendie plan is outlined on the WW general board- its one of the stickys.

Default Cola Chicken

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 c. ketchup
1 - 12oz can diet cola

Place chicken in a non-stick fry pan. Pour ketchup and diet cola over it. Birng to boil and cover. Reduce heat. Cook 45 min. Uncover and turn up heat and thicken til sauce adheres to chicken.

4 servings
4 points per serving

Okay So Last Night didnt go as Planned. When i left work I had 7 pts in
But I did make sure to try - my hardest to stay on plan.

After work I went by some friends house - I knew they'd be having dinner and would try and LURE (lol) me into eatting - they were having fajitas - with rice and all of that - But I stopped and got myself a 6" inch Subway Turkey & Ham sandwich no cheese no Mayo - - 6pts


Subways 6/13
1 Kit Kat fun Size 2/15
Shredded frosted mini wheat 4/19
3 oz of Milk ---------------2/21
a Sprinkle of Sugar -------- 1/22
A nibble of Pasta Salad-----1/23


I went over 1 pt But that is okay.

I was HUNGRY and had such a sweet tooth - I really wanted a ICE CREAM - but I choose the Cereal instead.....

I had to make my husband a pasta salad for his pot luck at work and I took a nibble - ya know Had to taste it to make sure it was okay

I had the points - so I ate them - should I feel guilty about that ? ? ?
Maybe. But I REFUSE to ALLOW MYSELF - I Could have made better choices .... But didnt .... But hey it was only my 3rd day back on TRACK .. so ALL in all I am doing okay -


3 servings of Fruits/Veggies
1 Serving of Oil
about 35 oz of Water
1/3 serving protein

OH I AM SO SO SO EXCITED !!!!! Friday is treat day here at work - one person each friday brings treats - it is Usually - Bagels - still warm fresh from the bagel shop - with lots of cream cheese - and I LOVE BAGEL with TONS of CREAM CHEESE Piled on - I cant get enough.

So I was a little worried about today - WOULD I be ABLE TO RESIST ...
Well the person who brought in treats brought in some healthy choices - and NO BAGELS ----- So I had a Light english muffin - 1 pt with some spray on Cant believe its not butter - and a Bite of a Muffin YEA !!!!!!!!!



Coffee 2 cups 2/2
English Muffin/CBNB 1/3
Muffin Bite / 2/5


YEA !!!!!!

Started on my first 32 0z of water

Congrats on the english muffin!! Good for you!!Congrats on resisting temptation and getting the sub.I think you had a great day yesterday.Little nibble are nothing as long as you count them.Hey,you could have went berserk and hate alot more! So, you did GREAT congrats to you!! way to go

Tuesdays is a good day for me.
I think we can safely say tuesdays as weigh in day, dont ya all think?

I was really hungry yesterday too !!!! I think I might not do the wendie plan just for the simple fact that sometimes I am not real hungry through the day and dont want all the points.I think I might stick with my regular daily points and just use my 35 flex points when i have a day like yesterday and I am starving.

Anyone have any low point cereal they suggest.I love cereal!!! I could eat it at every meal! I want some kinds that taste good but I could the most for the point value. I like raisin bran but that 3 pts=1c

Ayways.You all have a great day and try to do the best choices you can food wise.Remember=WE ARE WORTH IT!!!

On that cola chicken, I added 1 green pepper,sliced and 1 onion,sliced to the soda/ketchup mixture. It was WONDERFUL!!

Today I have had popcorn,LC meal,3c watermelon and 48z water=11points
