Well I do slimfast as a part of weightwatchers. I like the shakes but I count points.

Welcome 2much! How is it going?

I did pretty good yesterday. I have the muchies due to pms, it's a rough couple of days and then I'm fine.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Welcome Bw/oP, Slimfast works for me, I wish you the best of luck. Check in when you can for support and to update everyone on your progress.

Did well at the BBQ last night, didn't eat too much but enjoyed myself.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I will be doing yard work all weekend, I'm bound to burn some calories that way!

Okay I'm back on track today! I had family visiting from out of state last week and boy did I just throw caution to the wind. We ate out so many times I lost count. Not to mention drinks around the campfire everynight. Plus they are from Wisconsin and always bring the most incredible string cheese! Yum...good snack but I'm sure only one piece a day instead of the many I've had!

Well thats behind me time to get back hit it hard! Only 18 days till we leave for Disneyworld! Need to make some progress in the next 18 days! Everyone else with me?

Got your water handy? Drink up!!! Have a wonderful day!

Honestly I'd LOVE to see a 10 lb drop, the chances of that happening?...not so good! But I can go for it anyway right? Shoot 3 lbs of it should be gone already just by drinking my water!

I did much better yesterday, only had one small time where I munched too much. AF showed up this morning and the scale showed I was down .5 lb. Drank my water like a champ! Didnt workout though, my leg is feeling better but I still feel like I should go easy on it. I really dont want to be in pain walking around Disney.

Off to a fantastic day! I hope you are having one too! 17 more days!

Melissa, let's shoot for 10! We can try! How are you doing?

I have done so much yard work this week I hope it helps!! I have stayed on my plan really well and have been drinking all my water.

Hi ladies!
I'm starting over and using Slimfast to jump-start this weight loss. Hopeing for 5 lbs. by my cousins wedding June 8, and would love to see 20 lbs. off by Sept. 4 but I'll be thrilled with 15!
So what kind of average WL do you guys get for a week of being OP?

Happy Friday!

Sara- Welcome! My weekly average is 1-2 lbs. I fall off the wagon occasionally so my loss is slow. My fault, not the diet. I wish you the best of luck.

Have a great day. Deb

Deb - I'll go for 10! Doesnt hurt to try right! never know what kind of miracles can happen LOL! Besides I deserve it! I have been so lazy this past week since our company has left! I need to turn that around!

Welcome Sara!! so great to see another face posting with us! In the beginning I usually do about 4 lbs a week, but I've got alot to lose too. 1 to 2 lbs is the norm I think, which is where it should be! Just stick to it, dont give up on you and you'll do great!! I hope you keep posting with us, cant wait to hear your successes!! The first week is the hardest but you can do it!! Good luck!

I managed to get in a bike ride yesterday..YaY! May just have to get the kids out and do that again today! We'll see!

Have a wonderful day everyone!
