What No Menu Thread Yet - Monday June 19?
Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, probiotic vanilla yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO bbq chicken, roast potatoes, corn
Snack: baby carrots/dip
Pre-gym snack: 1 slice lite havarti cheese
Dinner: okay we have more rotisserie chicken at home, but having had some for lunch I am not interested!!! Might pick up something at grocery store on way home - or maybe just make myself a salad or an omelette?
