angela, i'm embarassed to say i didn't like it. the reason i'm embarassed is i messed it up. my banana wasn't ripe enough and i used banana extract instead of almond extract cuz i didn't have the almond. i didn't eat it. when you make it, let me know what you think. i'm interested to know if i had used the right stuff would it have been better.
B: Oatmeal, banana
L: Was not hungry- just grapes and NF milk
D: Turkey, Potatoes Au Gratin made with NF and Soy cheeses, melon, carrot sticks
S: Popcorn and a SF Jello Cup
B. cream of wheat w/skim milk & banana
S. 2 vickie muffins
L. Barbequed chicken cutlets, roasted chickpeas w/onions made in olive oil
S. canteloupe
D. Barbequed pork chops, couscous, broccoli & garden salad
Desert. Maybe a smoothie to get my milk in
I made this delicious barbeque sauce, it was as good or better than store bought, very thick
