Hey guys, My name is Cassy and I just started LA on Friday, and started TakeOff on Saturday. It's going well so far, I weighed friday, was 201 and Saturday was 203, I was a little discouraged, but she said thats normal and that I should lose at least 4 pounds by Monday morning.
I'm very excited about this, i've been over weight my entire life (even tho its only been 18 years lol) My dad decided to start me on it since i'm borderline diabetic.
Apparently, if I stick to this, I should reach my goal weight of 130 by January.

Welcome Cassy! You'll love hanging around these boards, they are so helpful and uplifting. My boyfriend is borderline diabetic too and we're constantly watching what we make at home, you'll find this diet to be super easy when it comes to that.
