Default Hi Friends....Happy Update....
Hi all my dear friends,

I hope everyone is doing well! Well...I had my official Weight Watchers weigh-in today and I lost 2.5 pounds.....bringing me to 162.5...(my little chicky tracker thing won't let me put in the .5???). Anyways..I know that doesn't seem like I big loss...but for the past few weeks I've either been maintaining or losing a pound at most...so this was big for me. I stepped on the scale hoping to see a 164 or maybe even a 163...but 162.5.....OMG...I had to step back on the scale three times just to make sure I wasn't dreaming...lol.

I love those GREAT surprise weigh-ins...they rock!!! I've worked really hard this last week...so I'm glad the scale helped me out!!!

Sometimes I get so overwhelmed at the thought of loosing to my goal weight. It is nice to see all of you that have posted so much weight loss. Congrats on breaking that down and loosing more this week
