Popping in really quick just to say that I have not been feeling well. So I'm going to rest for a couple days and get my eyes off the computer hoping that'll help.

I'll be back when I'm feeling better.

Hugs.

hey all,

Alex, you have a awesome boss. There are not enough people out there like that. But you already know that. Great job on the 2 lb loss too.

Sue, that is one thing I just detest is always stressing about all the clutter and how easily it is to make a mess.

Kathy,,,hopefully you get your computer up and running soon.

Marti,,,still with the cramps? You have had them for days...when do you have your physical?

Jane, lucky Mary and Katie.. I want to do that one night.
About the peanut allergy,,,I know that Chapman's ice cream is peanut free. My cousins daughter has a fatal allergy to peanuts so Ive learned to watch everything if I know we are going to be near them. Can you google peanut allergy and find out what things out there that have hidden peanut/oil in them? And what things that are safe?
Im not fatal allergic to anything but do have allergies and learned recently that corn chips have a banana by product in them. Im allergic to bananas and get hives...nothing dreastic. But I had eaten a salad that had a few corn chips on the top.

Sassy,,,ya you need a new car. How did the blood work go?

Robin,,,Monte is now hunting for one of those ipod things,,,told him about using it at work and he was ya....good idea.

Michelle, hope your headache went away,,,I had a migrain for most of yesterday and still have the residue feeling of achy/bruised and upset tummy.

well yesterday almost killed me. I did my interview,,,this was with a head hunter. I had to do testing first. 3.5 hours later I staggered out. I was exhausted and had a pounding headache. Which later turned into a full blown migrain. I got some great marks, and not so great marks. My math and problem solving was fantastic. But typing was bad. But then again being timed and coughing uncontrolably could be the reason. They did offer to let me do it again,,,but I felt so crumby by then I just wanted to leave. They did already have a job for me to check out.
I got home from work and went straight to the chiropractors,,,that was brutal as he adjusted me and I have a migrain,,but I knew my neck was out, and from coughing my back felt out. So I think that and stress could of triggered how I was feeling. Came home and went to bed. That was 6:30.
Im hoping for a great day...hoping Wayne calls me. Well Im off to shower...
have a fanastic day Ladies.

KATHY... I hope your computer problems get better, and hope to talk with you soon! Have a good day!

MARTI... I'm very sorry that you're still not feeling very well. I'm still having a lingering headache. Get some rest and hope to hear from you again soon!

ANGIE... These migraines are horrible and can really run a person down! I hope you're feeling much better today and your tummy is okay too!

JANE... Sorry you have to be SO busy, but I do hope you get some time to sit down and relax today. My dizziness problems have been going on for many years, and I've been to an ENT specialist and had testing done. I have a lot of scar tissue build up in my inner ears, especially my left ear, and there's nothing that can really be done. I take a 1/2 tablet daily of Meclizine, and it seems to help me out pretty good, but every once in awhile, I have a really bad day.

Default Hello Ladies...

Thank god it's FRIDAY!!!

Not much going on and really don't have much to say but wanted to drop by and say Hi!

KATHY...hope you get your computer problems worked out soon, miss you!

MICHELLE...glad you get some relief from the dizziness. Hope you are feeling weel today.

MARTI...hope you get feeling better.

SUE...woohoo on getting half the roof done! I decluttered too when we listed the house. Took down all my pictures in the hallway and on my picture wall in the living room. Didn't put the pictures back on the wall, instead we bought a tapestry to put there. Thought one big thing there would look less cluttered than all those pictures. Going to put the, rather some of the pictures in the hallway as soon as I find the little ones that is, lol! I have looked everywhere and can't find them! The big ones I had on my scrapbook table in the office in the basement...thought I packed the little ones but we have searced high an dlow in storage and nothing. Anyway...I too am fair skinned but I can't stand to be stuck inside all the time and I so enjoy working in the yard. Gives me something to do and helps V out at the same time.

JULES...are ya out there missy? Missing you and hoping things are well with you.

Anyway...HI to everyone else

When I pick V up today we are headed to Lowes and to take him to get a haircut. The man hardly has any hair and I love how it curls when it gets a little long, but he hates it. Likes it very short.

Have a good weekend ladies!

MICHELLE..I like you new picture/avatar. I think this one is the best so far! Geez, wish I had a digital camera to get a photo up quicker than going through a roll of film and then having it developed. Thik I may buy one of those disposable cameras and waste it taking lots of photos to get "one" that turns out, lol. Hope you have fun with your niece and shopping. But then grocery shopping is never fun is it? I actually don't mind it sometimes, and then other times I just can't stand going. Yesterday was one of those days I actually enjoyed it. I HATE going to Lowes though...that place is almost as crazy as Wal-Mart sometimes, especially on the weekend Anyway, have a GREAT day Michelle!

Hi ladies,

Kathy - I haven't heard from you for awhile and have been wondering how you are. Hope you get your 'puter problems squared away real soon. Even since the internet guys were here last week, I've been good to go, but I feel your pain, lol.

Marti -hope you're much better by the time you read this.

Angie - yikes, what an interview! And is Wayne the guy from the other job? Whoever he is, if you want him to call, I hope he does. I never thought to Google peanut allergies. I did go to WebMD when she had hives, but thank you for the tip.

Michelle - is the scar tissue from multiple ear infections? My Katie had them constantly when she was little, and even had an eardrum burst. I felt like the worst mother in the world when that happened! But her doc said she had built up such a tolerance to ear pain, that the poor kid didn't register the pain like others would have, until it was too late. Hope you have fun with your niece today.

Cristi - I forgot now what you said to me on the other page, lol. Anyway, have a good time in Lowe's. I can get into lots of trouble in that store.

Hello to anyone I missed.

I was able to peek in for a few minutes. Katie and Mary took the girls swimming in town, so I've got some quiet time. Neal and I are going to go sit on the patio in a little while, now that it's all screened in. He still has to put the criss-cross lattice on the bottom of it, but that's all that's left. Poor man has worked his tushy off. I'll have to think of some way to reward him.

See ya on the flip side!

Michelle can you send your meds over to me? Actually its almost all gone,,,I just have the bruised feeling. My right eye didn't want to work today...lol

Jane,,,your patio will look so nice. I have alot of scar tissue in my ears too, spent alot of time with ear infections as a child and well as an adult. Did have surgery once for them.

Well Im off to hang out with my friends...have a great night everyone

Hi everyone--sorry I have been missing--Dh and I took off this week and I worked harder physically here than I do at work (work is very mental and hard in different ways), also having problems with my phone line--hubby had to replace a "splitter" that allows the phone and the computer to be both hooked up and it was giving both problems. Wednesday was our anniversary--I finished weatherproofing the back deck and then we went to our favorite Mexican place and then for a long bike ride--it was so nice. Today I was going to finish another coat of the weatherproofing on the back deck and my aidorondack(sp?) chairs but ended up taking DS to the emergency room--he has all the symptoms with the exception of a fever for appendicitis--they did a cat scan and blood work but nothing came back saying it was it--he has a dull aching pain (since Tuesday night) in the right spot and is feeling sick on his stomach--they said to watch him close and if he starts vomiting again, gets a fever or the pain gets worse he is suppossed to go straight into the er again.

Plan on being back tomorrow to catch up on individuals!! Have a great night!! It's only 8:30 and I am ready for bed already!!

Cool Hello Chicas!

Hello Chicas!

How are you? Me? Ok......

Well yesterday was interesting at the drs. office. We sat there around 30 min. and for our dr. that is very unusual. Then we hear sirens and see a Lifesquad pull up and the nurse goes and opens the drs office door.

We're not sure what happened, but it was for a patient in the back, that was seeing the dr so that was the hold up. Since we had to be at work and under all the circumstances, we just went ahead and rescheduled. So I don't know what my blood work says. It is most likely bad since I've been a bad girl. But we shall see.

Kathy - I hope your computer probs get solved!

Marti - I hope you feel better soon!

da fat n da furious - Ouch! I hope your neck, back feel better and I hope your migraine went away!

Cristina04 - My husband hair curls when its long too and he prefers his short as well.

Jane - I hope you enjoyed your quiet time!

jules1216 - Wow you've been busy! Sorry to hear about your son, I hope he is alright! Happy Belated Anniversary!

I hope everybody has a Wonderful Weekend, I be working so have some fun for me please?! lol.

Morning ladies...

JULES...so sorry to hear about DS...(((((HUGS))))) to him and I hope he gets to feeling better soon. Sounds like you and DH had a nice week and a belated HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

SHEL...kind of scary what happened at the docs office...did you ever find out what happened? I am so nosey I would have asked...just like when the traffic is backed up from an accident...don't want to see people hurt but ya gotta see what happened, or I do anyway, lol. Well, I can say I won't be having fun this weekend. DH is working so I will be cleaning house and reading. I started a book a couple of days ago by John Saul and didn't want to put it down last night. So I am wanting to get it finished. Other than that, just hanging around the house.

That's about all I have...HI to everyone else!

Take care and have a great weekend!

Good morning ladies,

Angie - I'm thinking of putting tropical leis and flip-flop decorations on the patio, just for the fun of it. I can get resin flip-flops that hold tea light candles at Terry's Village. Any news yet from the interviews? Hope you had fun with your friends last night.

Jules - yikes, hope your son is ok. With no fever, he'll probably be alright before you know it. Do you ride often? Enjoy the deck.

Shel - what all are they testing your blood for? Here's hoping for good results. Too bad you have to work today. Will you get a day off during the week to make up for that? I'll have enough fun for both of us, ok?

Hello to everyone else.

Vincennes is having a huge celebration to honor Red Skelton this weekend. He was born here and his widow donated $$$$ to the university for a performing arts center in his name. Anyway, there are lots of fun things to do so I think we're going to go check it out.

Next weekend I get to go see the Temptations in Owensboro, KY. I have loved their music since I was a teenager, and am fascinated by their dance moves. Only one of the guys is original to the group, but that's ok.

Gotta call Maggie! It's 7:30 Saturday, and she'll be waiting for the phone to ring....

Have a good one, ladies.

Shel-- I hope your bloodwork comes back okay

Crisitina--DS's gf is watching him very closely--she has been waiting for him to decide she's the one for over three years so she's not going to let anything happen to him--she actually came to the ER during her lunch break to see him--she took a picture of him all hooked up to the IV with the lovely hospital gown on--he says that he will get her for it!! They are so cute together!!

Jane--the deck looks great!! we do enjoy it. The weather has been perfect this week. Your decorating plans sound fun--everyone should enjoy it!!

Hi to all!! I may be back later!!
