Good job. Glad to hear that switching to watching calories didn't cause a gain. I have always been afraid to make the switch.

Congratulations on the 5 pound loss. After all the diet books have been read and re-read, it all boils down to clean eating and exercising. Now that I count calories, I want to be sure that I'm eating something that's going to keep me satisfied until the next meal or snack. Junk food has lost its place in my kitchen.

I second that!!! This is the only plan I have ever been on that i didnot feel hungry. Maybe I don't lose as quickly but I am able to stay on it and continue going out and eating.

Thumbs up Calorie-counting DOES work!!!

Great job! I too am down another pound -- all due to calorie counting! This is the first time I've been able to stick to something (cal counting). This is really the way to go!!

Happy 4th everyone!
