Lunch: LO lemon garlic chicken; FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Naturals Peach cup drained

Snack: carrots and regular dill dip (2 pts)
Dinner: grilled chicken breast and salad

D: Left over core lasagna made with soy cheese (yes, the soy cheese ended up being good in the lasagna), jicima, cantaloupe
