Hi Everyone!

I'm new to LAWL. Actually I started last year but only lasted a month before I put my program on hold...booo! Anyways I'm back with avengance and am serious about losing this weight once and for all. My question is just that, does it really work? I'm on the gold plan and am taking lites (since I already bought 10 weeks worth last year). They are only honoring 10 weeks of my program and then said that I would have to pay more if I wanted to stick with it longer. Any advice for a newbie?

Karen...spend some time reading threads and looking at our weight loss tickers! This plan does work. I've lost almost 40 pounds since I started. If you work the plan...it will work and you will lose the weight.
