Post Stress and My Twitching Eyelid

When I get overly stressed out, this new thing is happening to me. My left eyelid begins to twitch. I don't understand why this happens, but it annoys the TAR out of me!

So, here is the other side effect of me being stressed out. Eating too much. I ate two pieces of LC cheesecake, and 2 sweet freedom bars today. And that's all. Yucky huh? Can't wait to see what this is going to do to my stomach. Ewwwww.........

Oh, my eyelid twitches when I am way stressed out too. I also stress eat. When I got divorced, I broke out in hives, I should have bought stock in cortaid.

Try not to worry about the binge, it isn't that bad of one. Eat something healthy for dinner.

Twitching eyes accompanied by stress usually can be helped with Vitamin B complex. The B vitamins are good for your nerves. Stress depletes the B vitamins in your system.

Vitamin B? Really? I will try that!

OK, well I took my son out to eat tonight(even though we couldn't really afford it). Hubby's out of town on business, and I knew that if I didn't take my son out I would be sucked in to a sugar binge. So, we went to my favorite steak place and I had the 8oz Sirloin, and big salad and bunch of green beans.

I am FULL, but I feel good that I didn't eat anything carby, and I also worked out at curves tonight.

Ditto to the vitamin B!!! I used to get terrible twitches, tremors even when I was stressed out... started taking a B complex Vitamin and it hasn't happened since! It truly was annoying!!! I hope that helps! OH, and sugar never helped either, I notice now that when I eat sugar I feel way jittery and yuck!

Sugar also depletes the B vitamins from your system.... Lose too much B and your hair falls out too!

Are you on the computer alot?

A lot of eye twitching is caused by not blinking when your staring at the computer screen (or tv). So if your reading a lot and you feel yourself getting really insense, try to remember to blink blink blink, it releaves the stress on the eye.

I had it so bad once that both eyes were going... yeah talk about feeling like a wacko.

strained eyes from staring at computer screens can be helped by using blueberry or bilberry pills.

Sue, its so weird to have one eye going but both of them going makes you feel like a freak.

Twitching is stress of the eye, so blink and flutter those eyelashes, especially when some one cute is near
