Breakfast: WW puffed wheat cereal, milk, banana
Snack: applesauce and light string cheese (1 pt)
Lunch: lean HB patty with FF cheese and homemade guacamole
Snack: SF/FF cheesecake pudding with strawberries
Dinner: grilled fish, broccoli, milk
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: Sirloin burger with raw onion, ketchup, pickle, and a slice of FF Borden sharp cheddar, 2 serving side of fresh pineapple, grapes, and strawberries

s: sf jello, brownie (2 pts?)
d: not sure, but it needs to be something low in salt, because tomorrow am is the real biggest loser weigh-in (I was confused last week)
