Smile How's everyone doing?
I've not been around for a while because we've been away basically for the last month - trip I won to the Languedoc in southern France and then a family wedding in Bristol. I'm skint and tired now

Well, with all that travelling to places with tons of food, somehow I've still managed to go to WW and lose 1 whole kilo

So what did I miss?
