I'm having night sweats. I wake up soaking wet. This started Monday night. Coincidently the same day I started SBD. Do you think it could be due to SBD or just a coincidence?
I've never heard of that happening and I've been on here since Jan, but maybe someone else has? Is there anything else that could be causing it? It almost sounds like DTs, but I've never heard of Carb withdrawal being that severe!
Right after I started on SB, I was light headed and dizzy sometimes. I swore it was because I was having carb withdrawls and it lasted almost the entire first 2 weeks. I am on week 6 now though and feel fine. Maybe it is mind over matter
Hmmmm.....did it just happen once? Perhaps it's a fluke of some sort. HAve you added any unusual foods? You are a bit young (I assume) for menopause hot flashes. On the other hand, you are aspiring to be a Hot Mamma! Sorry! Just couldn't resist!
