Thumbs up

WOW ~ KIM!~
you actually made me cry! I just came on and yours is the first post I read! You should be the poster girls for this site!
You look fabulous! really you do!
I just can't get over it! I know that there are a lot of women on this site who are in similiar situations but to 'see' it is something else. I think more of us need to post pictures. at my highest I was 199, so a little less than you but my face looked (and in fact still looks) the same as in your before picture. It gives me hope to know that I will lose that chubby round face! I've lost 20 lbs so far and I don't see it in my face and neck which is where I would like to see it the most.
Gee, you just gave me a good kick in the butt! I was feeling down today because it doesn't look like I'm going to lose this week and I'm very quick with the negative thinking and felt myself slipping. However, you just gave me the incentive to get on that treadmil tonight!
thanks and again Congratualations!!
ps how long did the whole process take for you?

Kim, you look great. Thanks for sharing the pic's. I also am living proof that Atkins works, with 84 lbs. gone and 5 lbs. to goal. I want to make new pic's that are full length to post when I hit goal. The proof is in the pic. I have never felt or looked better since taking this weight off. You have done marvelous.

Thanks needtolose4me, I have this last pesky 5 lbs. that don't seem to want to leave. I'm not gonna give up. It may take me 6 months but I'm determined to get it off. 14anything would get me jumping and screaming right now. The lowest weight I can remember being in last 13 yrs. was 149 and I only stayed that for about a day I think. Then, I met a new man through a co-worker and he was heavy and soon I was heavy again too. He's no longer in my life but it took me a long time to try to get this weight off .

Can I ask how tall you are? I weigh about 245 right now, and no way am I in a 3X...????

You look really good, I'm proud of you for what you've managed. It is really wonderful that Atkins has worked so well for you. How long has it taken you?

Hi Sherry,
I'm only 5'2". Not an attractive look at 245

Thank you for your kind words. Atkins is now my way of life. I know if I want to keep the weight off, I had to change my lifestyle. I did.

I lost the weight in approximately a year & a half. This last 12 lbs is being stubborn but..I won't give up!

All the best to you!

Kim
