Default started working out again

I worked out for the first time in two weeks yesterday. It was the first time I had worked out since my surgery on May 1st. I felt great afterwards. I took my time, didn't rush anything. My doctor only wants me doing cardio until the beginning of June. I need my incision to heal a bit longer before weights can be incorporated into my routine. I walked on my new treadmill yesterday at a 3 mile pace for 30 mins. I also did 15 mins on the elliptical. It felt good to be moving again. I have been walking in the evenings with my dh and ds ever since I got home from the hospital, but this is the first time I've walked this pace in a while. I usually can do 3.6 or greater on the treadmill. I'll get back there.

Good for you! You did fantastically for the first time back in the gym! Don't push too hard - you still have lots of healing to do. But isn't it great to be back moving again?
