Default How Many Carbs Allowed on Induction?

I've just failed at LA Weight Loss. Just cannot stay on the diet. So, I'm doing Atkins. Starting tomorrow. How many carbs are allowed during Induction?

Thanks

Hope you are having a Happy Mother's Day.

It would be worth your while to get a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. I know a lot of the foods that I thought were low-carb, were not. Good luck on Atkins. That's what I am on. Congratulations on getting started.

You will be more successful if you are a little better prepared. Get the book, have the list of the proper foods, and make a list of only those foods to get at the store. Clean out the temptations you may have around... and go from there. If you try and start without this basic knowledge, you will only be disappointed. Don't do that to yourself..

When I started atkins in 2004, I took one month to prepare myself for it. I read the book, got lots of info and really psych'd myself out. I did good, lost over 30 lbs.

I would suggest getting the book (they are cheep) and reading the FAQ here.

Good luck MM.
