Default Exercising while getting sick

So, I'm due for my third Curves workout today and I am coming down with a head cold (my ten year old started it, dangit!) My throat also feels like slime. So what is the verdict on exercising when you don't feel well? I hate to miss my third workout, but I'm wondering how effective I'll be and how I'll feel afterwards.

I know how you feel. I've been fighting a cold all last week and when I finally went to the Dr. on Monday I have strep. I haven't worked out in about a week. When I started feeling better on Wednesday I tried getting back on my Gazelle I started coughing like crazy. My stomach muscles are killing me from coughing so much. I'm going to try getting back on my gazelle again this weekend. I've been sticking to my diet though so I don't gain any weight. I've been lucky I didn't have the monsterous throat pain like I had the last time. Hope you feel better.
