I've nothing much to add, except Just Do IT!!

Who cares if you're the biggest? Unco-ordinated? Red-faced? Everyone else will be worrying that THEY'RE the biggest, most unco-ordinated and red faced

For all the classes I've been to, I've never thought, "Ooooh she's so fat and unfit and sweaty - urgh" I'm too busy thinking about doing the moves right to worry about anything else! The time flies - promise!
