We used to eat these a lot when we lived in Europe and I've just recently discovered them again. They are very tasty and crunchy and come in several different versions made with different types of grains. They are quite large and only about 35 calories each.
Oh thanks for that great link! I just tried WASA bread not too long ago and now love the stuff! I have done the crumbling it on my food like croutons... not soup as it said but on my meat and veggie dishes
Wasa crackers, especially the dark rye are my favorite thing.. and they have lots of fiber too... great with a little bit of goat cheese, or lite boursin, and some slice tomatoes or radishes or cucumbers on them for a snack that comes in at under 100 calories...
Ry Krisp, is another cracker that's really good -and also low in sodium
I recently tried wasa crackers for the first time and loved them! I tried the 7 grain crisp and light, and they only had 20 calories per cracker. I spread them with hummus
