Default Subway and Induction

Questions, questions, question....I swear I have one daily. Today's question is: Can I eat a subway wrap? Well, I all ready have but I felt so guilty that I couldn't even finish it. I looked on the website and it said that it was only 13 net carbs including everything. Was that a step backward? I'm on day 10 and I was doing so well. Help!

Well they may not be perfect for induction, but the wrap is better than the 6 inches of Bread in their sandwiches. Just don't let it get ya down. stay on plan and make a better choice tomorrow.

I am not induction, but do eat Subway wraps occassionally. I feel like it is one of the few places that I can eat that is low is carbs. I don't feel at all guilty about it.

It's good to know that after induction there is something that I can have once ina while when I go to the mall or something.
I think that's good news!

nope its not induction food.

But dont worry about it. As long as you keep your carbs under 20 for the day your good. You just may find that, that wrap might slow your loss down for this week. If it doesnt, even better!!

i think you are right about my weight stalling. i weighed in this morning and it
s exactly the same, and that's even before eating. i will stick to the plan. i think i will also try exercising more. i walked a couple of miles yesterday, but my body can do so much more than that. i was just being lazy....
