I'm with you both too, today was a bad day for me. I was in a bad space mentally I guess and first thing I did was look for something sweet, so I ate a quaker granola bar and for supper was planning on skipping it, since I felt so guilty and ended up eating 3 hamburgers, all plain, just 9 oz of meat
so I was contemplating eating some cookies and just starting all over tomorrow, but I'm not going too. We can do this. Let's start afresh tomorrow. I'm going to make my lunch, 2 cups of salad greens with some tuna and some celery and cream cheese sticks for snack.
