It's important to know first that genuine hoodia gordonii, in a form that will work for weight loss, is not actually for sale yet. What you see advertised as genuine hoodia gordonii is either fake or does not contain the P57 molecule that is responsible for the appetite suppression. So it doesn't matter how much they may say is in it. The real thing may be available later this year or sometime next year and will be marketed by Phytopharm and Unilever.
The other ingredients don't appear to be useful either. The label lists a few ingredients under "Beauty Complex" but the amounts are so tiny that they aren't going to benefit you. It includes green tea, but the amount is very small and not likely to help with weight loss. Studies have shown that you would need to drink 4 cups of real green tea every day for a year to lose 8 pounds. Green tea is also a source of caffeine, so the pills may work as a mild stimulant. It also contains theobromine, which works similarly to caffeine in the body. It's also a diuretic, so you may lose some water weight. But this product isn't likely to help you lose body fat.
Hope that helps
