Well, I've had migraines and sinus infections.
Your problems don't sound connected to these at all.
Migraines can cause visual disturbances, but more like auras around objects, sparkles or stars floating in your vision, or a weird kind of tunnel vision.
Migraines can cause nausea for sure. Weakness... I've felt too nauseated to get out of bed, but I don't think I got muscle weakness per se.
Sinus infections - excuse the gross-out, but you may get green mucus in your tissues... if you press on your sinuses, they ache... even your teeth can ache if they get bad enough. If you bend over, your head will hurt more (more pressure on the bones of your face.)
I would not mess around with waiting until June if at all possible. I would see a "real doctor" ASAP.
It sounds like your optic nerve is being affected. Not good. Could be lots of things. Things I would not, if it was me, wait for the dense student clinic to diagnose for me.
Did you have any accidents recently? Like concussions? I figured you would have said but just in case...
My sister passed out and hit her head once so hard (on the edge of a frigging sink) she forgot 4 years of French, her phone number, and how to use a soda machine. The French never came back. That was the least of her problems for a while though! Interesting side effect: whenever she eats Mexican chocolate now, her eye's pupil on the side she hit dilates all the way. Looks mighty weird on a girl with pale blue eyes
Anyway... Head stuff like that calls for serious medical training, not staff used to dealing with handing out condoms and sewing up cuts. Where is your June appointment? Not on campus?
The memory lapses IN PARTICULAR are very alarming. This is definitely NOT from a migraine or a sinus infection. Your brain is being affected, not your blood vessels, not your sinuses.
So... my advice, speed up getting to a neurologist if you can. REALLY.
As for the headaches, unless you know the cause, it will be hard to stop them.
With sinus infections and migraines, I'd recommend some stuff but I don't think you have those.
Can't hurt though
Migraines:
-Prescription Imitrex, the kind you spray up your nose, not the pill. Spray works much faster.
-Cold packs on your forehead
-Liquid Advil and lots of it, if you don't get the Imitrex. Don't drink with the Advil though, puts too much strain on the liver. I take 4 at the first sign of a migraine and immediately go to bed, usually will stop it from getting any worse. Careful not to exceed daily limit on the Advil bottle though.
-Sleep in a dark silent room
-Avoid triggers like bad perfumes, bright lights, pollution, chemical fumes if possible
Sinus infections:
-Antibiotics can help, but it's tough to kill the infections in sinuses because they can get compacted (ugh)
-Drink lots and lots of fluids to help flush out the stuffiness
-Breathing in steam can help, though not too hot, you don't want to burn the inside of your nose
-Decongestants ok as a temp fix, but can overdry your sinuses and make it worse if taken too much
-Lots of Vitamin C, like 3,000 mg, up to 6,000 gradually, if you can take it. Water soluble vitamin so gets flushed daily, but if you take too much, it will force flush your system, ie diarrhea
Start small and build up, 1,000 one day, 2,000 the next, etc.
-Cut back on dairy. It really does build up mucus.
GOOD LUCK! And get to that real doc SOON!
Keep us updated... and I hope you feel better soon.
