Smile Newbie!

Hello All,
I am not new to the SBD but to 3FC... I did SBD about 2yrs ago just for phase 1... got really tired of it and quit..As I do most diets.. But I have been looking over a bunch of diets and trying to figure out which I should go on and I came back to this...
I really need to lose weight and get healthy.. I'm not happy with me...And weight is a major factor....

Just wanted to say HI and I am glad I found this site!!
I will need all the help I can get!
Maureen

Mo!

Glad to have you with us!

What made you feel 'bored with it' your first time 'round? Analyzing that and planning how to avoid it this time will help you find success, I think. Share with us and we'd be glad to help you think of ways to combat it, okay?

I just got tired of eating cheese (which is strange because I adore Cheese)
And the fact that I wasn't eating fruit..(and this is all in phase 1).it seems when I say diet my brain starts to hate everything that I normally eat anyway....Like for breakfast I have no problem eating a piece of grilled chicken. But when on a diet forget it I gag...
I wanted to start yesterday and did ok till dinner but blew it with tortilla chips, we had tacos.I had a taco salad..And I didn't go to the store and have alot of the right foods on hand... But I am being good for the weekend and will get my butt to the store and get what I need to start SBD and stick with it....I really want to be thin for the summer.
