Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and banana

Lunch: Dr. Praegger's California burger with Trader Joe's core guacamole

Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

Dinner: Field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette, NY strip steak, ww pasta with marinara, and fresh green beans. .

Snack: Not sure. It depends on how much I eat at dinner time.

What is this? Is it all legal?-What kind of FF cottage cheese tastes good? Some of the kinds in trader joe's have extra ingred. and are not legal. I made an oatmeal pancake today for breakfast and it was great oatmeal-low sugar, maple and an egg, very little milk and vanilla-mixed it up and put pam(olive oil) in a pan and make a pancake.. It was great.. It is wonderful to get ideas on this website...

Janet, I'm not sure I understand your question. The quacamole that I bought from TJ's was core because it was just avocado and spices. I eat Dean's brand FF cottage cheese. It's the best tasting one I can find. I can't eat it plain though. I have to mix fruit in with it or eat it in a pancake like you do. Still it's ok. I love cottage cheese and even ate the 2% kind plain.
