I was disappointed to only lose 5 on P1, but, I'm encouraged that the scale is going in the right direction. I have also learned to appreciate the natural sugar in fruits and sweet potatoes. I've never really liked sweet potatoes until Sat. night.
oh man did i enjoy half an apple this morning seriously...it was like sinful lol
and yes weight loss is good.
look at it this way at least you don't have as long to go
