Talking race results!!
well I did it! 10k, 6.2 miles and I did it in 1:07:05 so it came to just under 11 min per mile. Not gonna win any races with that but considering that I had never trained longer than 3 miles I feel pretty good about it

Now of course I have a giant headache(dehydrated, way too hot), giant blister and one very sore knee but a nice sense of accomplishment. Thanks for all the well wishes-s to all

That is so awesome! I'm excited because my mom and i decided last minute to do the Capital 10K tomorrow morning. I'll have to let you know how it goes becaue 4.5 miles is the most I've ever jogged.
