Default LAWL workout videos

Does anyone use these workout videos. Yesterday while I was waiting to be weighed they had one playing on the tv in the waiting room. It seemed doable and fun. I actually chuckled at the video in the waiting room because I could imagine myself doing the workout in my living room and my twin 20 month-old boys beside me doing the steps and kicks. They imitate everything I do.

If you have them, do you use them and do you like them? The last time I did a workout video at home was Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies and I could not keep up. I am not coordinated at all but the LAWL one seemed really easy. I am used to going to the gym about 3 times per week and doing 35-60 minutes on the treadmill so I'm not sure how the video would work for me.

And, how much do the videos cost?

Merem:
I have see the video that you mention but I don't know how much it cost. I use the biggest loser dvd and a latin dancing workout. Many of the girls here use the Biggest loser dvd, I started using it after Katie told me how good it is, and I really like it. I found it at Kmart for 9.99.

they gave me one when I signed up, but I have to re-hook up the VCR to play it and have been too lazy to do so. I've also the BL dvd and one of Denise Austin's dvd's, but I can't keep up with her just yet. I do like the BL, just gotta make the time to do it. I do alot of miles on the treadmill too.

I have used the breathersize one a couple of times. I do have the easy steps walking one. I use it probably about 5 times a week. If the weather is nice I walk outside instead. Sometimes I do it twice in a row so that I get in 40 min of exercise at a time. I like it because it is easy on the joints but gives me a good workout.

I use BL and love it. I am so glad katie was raving about it. I started doing it and can notice the changes already. I never was told about videos though at my center!

OK, now I really need to get this video . I have been looking around, but have not seen it in any of the stores here. It might be another addition to my list of things to buy when we are in NC in May!

I have only been doing it for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I just have so much more energy. I am starting to see some toning in my arms and my legs are much better looking now also. The dbf made a comment last week, i was stretching out my calf muscle and he was like "woah where did those come from." I was running for about 3-4 weeks before BL so that might have helped. I am doing inches next week so I will let you know if it is helping the inches come off easier. Also the WL has started to move downward again. No more Yo-yoing since I started BL.

Suzanne try half.com it has it on there at about $10 or walmart or even ebay. Lak dont worry you can keep up. There are 4 different programs to choose from and he doesnt really go that fast until boot camp (thats just my opinion). Its a great video and he has modifications for everything if you feel you cant do it.
