Well, I'm still vacilating between 184 and 182 weight wise, but I finally have GOOD NEWS!

At WI last night, because I'm so hard on myself (I expect wl each time I weigh in... ) Anyway, my counselor pointed out some things I hadn't considered.

At this point I'm 12 pounds away from my half way mark. Now THAT gives me a great goal to work towards.

And, I've lost 10 inches over all since I started. WOOOHOOO!

Something to celebrate!

Well, I got up this am and MY scale says 179.5. WOOOHOOO. Looks like I'll hit that 179 mark shortly!

i think its the curse of 182-184...i fluctuated there for a while too, a long while!...we both got past it! woohooo!
