Hope you're feeling better. Seemed like the workin' blues had ya down.

going away for the weekend so won't be posting til I get back.

1/2 bagel, cof, hard boiled egg, bite of hubby's croissant

Midday
chinese chicken salad w/out dressing - 3
carrot and celery munchies for the road

Evening
trying to save some points staying with friends who are not on program.

Hoping to do an 1hr walk when I get there

bread stick with dip of peanut butter 2

d: going out...local comfy restaurant
salad bar: lettuce, cukes, beets, potato salad, pasta salad, little bit of ranch dsg: 7
roll/butter 3.5
broiled flounder 5
1/2 baked potato/butter 2
broccoli
tea w/halfnhalf .5

total 32

It was challenging today largely because I had a real snack attack late last night. I woke up and grabbed some pasta of all things, not the best choice. I was going to call that my breakfast, but when breakfast time came I had to eat. So I was going on limited points to start out with. Didn't do that badly considering that and all the stress during the day.

Morning
pasta 5
veggie sausage patty 1
light english muffin 1

Midday
smoked salmon 4
light english muffin 1
red pepper 0
tomatoes 0
ww bar 2
chai 2

Evening
Spaghetti squash 0
mussels mariniere 5
garlic knots 2
virgin mary 0
