help me help the boyfriend
so the boyfriend has been dropping hints lately about starting a diet. And he keeps looking at my books and asking what he should eat when we go out to dinner. He is about 6'1 and about 260 *im guessing*. He would want to lose somewhere between 30-40lbs. Any ideas on what plan he should be on? I have purple, red and blue do you think any of these would work? He said he would sign up for LAWL the only problem is he works nights so by the time he gets up and ready for work the center is closed. And when he get off work he comes home to sleep and the center isnt open. It just isnt convenient for him but I figure if I have access to a plan that might work for him I can try to help him. I was thinking red might be a good one or does he need one with more food? Right now he doesnt work out at all but he says hes going to start lifting weights again. I'll believe that when I see it, he bought the weights 2 months ago and they are still in the package!

Good luck!

I agree with Julimarie. Red plus for sure. Don't trust me though, since I put DH on red plus he has gained 6 lbs!

Red plus is the highest the plans go and if you don't do the lites they don't have you sub anything for them. I would suggest having him try it w/o lites but maybe have him start trying different soy protein bars to add if he gets hungry. There's bound to be one he likes that isn't too expensive.

I might have him do that just because he is also quitting smoking right now so he has this huge oral fixation. He always has to have something in his hands or in his mouth. Hopefully this works thanks again ladies for your help!
