You know I never thought about adding something to replace the lights, nor did I consider doing the unlimited. I did the limited TO a few weeks back - lost 3 pounds - and no lites either. Truly a serious lack of food.

Was away this past Friday and Saturday and gained 3 pounds ( a real bummer after being down to my biggest loss). Came home and started a Limited TO today (no lites). Am really hungry right now. May add some extra protein tomorrow if I am starving.

Another Question though!!!

Do you have to have the same protein all day? I've been doing the 12 egg whites and have divided them up throughout the day. Was considering doing shrimp or chicken tomorrow. What do you think? The sheet that I have lists all sorts of different proteins. Perhaps they just gave me an old sheet.
