It's certainly warm here! The high today is 80 and we're supposed to have thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. I have a wacky eating day ahead, but I couldn't think of anything I wanted.

Breakfast: FF Yoplait Yogurt (2 pts), skim milk, banana
Lunch: Baked potato with FF green onion dip and FF cheddar
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island

Snack if needed: popcorn

Uh oh! My menu just took a nosedive! Last night I was hungry for chinese food (saw some on TV) so I was teasing with Judd and asked him to go get me some. Of course, everywhere was closed and he said just hush up and go to sleep. So I did, and forgot about it.

Well just now he says he's going to the driving range to hit a bucket of balls at lunch and do I want him to bring me something from Panda Express? DO I??? Heck, yeah!! So now I'm having orange chicken and beef with broccoli! YUMMMMM!

(And I wonder why I'm struggling to lose a stinkin' 8 pounds!!)

OOOOHHHHH!!!!! Jim and I LOVE Panda Chicken. I haven't had it in over 18 months. That just might be my next splurge one of these days. Do they have brown rice now? Someone told me that they do.

Is step off like back off or like "splurge"? You know we all have these regionalisms! I think he drooled when he was saying it! He wants it real bad. Maybe we should plan on having it for our birthday lunch.

No scolding....he's was joking with me. Periodically he tries to convince me that something absolutely OUTRAGEOUS is Core. Sometimes he'll even say silly stuff like....I read that Popeye's is Core......or Panda's Orange Chicken is Core and lowers your cholesterol but people should eat it at least once a week.

Actually, he's just pining for it. We used to eat it once a week when we were working and didn't give a darn about our weight or anything else but comfort. We'd get a double and eat every single bite. No wondering why I was 307!
