Default March 2nd Plan for a nearly perfect day

whatcha eatin?

b-cup 1% milk and peanuts
s-mini banana and tangerine
l-spinach, ground turkey, sliced orange bell pepper
s-mini banana and apple
d- pork chop with rasberry chipolte sauce two small artichokes and curry soup (aparagus, onions, tomatoes) and the last of my cabbage salad (hopefully!)

sounds like a ton of food huh??

by my calc it puts me at 1241 cals (38g fat, 175 carb, 71 prot)

hopefully i cant stick to it!

oh Lord I have NO idea. but i am STARVING right now! cant eat for another 1/2 hour due to taking thyroid meds at 6:30

i do believe its gonna be a tough day for me. what i REALLY want is pop tarts

D- I will try to eat the grilled fish and some kind of veggs

i opened the package, took one bite and then threw it down the disposal.

i just ate 1 boiled egg and about to eat another, then my banana.

i have salmon patties here, along with baby carrots, a light yogurt and probably another boiled egg left over from yesterday. so at least i know i have some stuff here to keep me honest...

Breakfast - 1 banana pre gym, 1 egg mcmuffin post gym.
Snack - baby carrots
Lunch - leftover moroccan beef w/barley
Snack - protein shake
Dinner - possibly eating out again, if not I'll be having turkey sandwich on whole grain w/avocado, lettuce, tomato and light mayo

Water - 2 liters +

Exercise - ran 3 miles at the gym this morning before work @ 4.5mph, took me 36 mins.

I forgot to bring my bloody oatmeal for brekkie after gym and knew that the kashi bar and grapes wouldn't fill me up so got an egg mcmuffin. I don't feel too guilty, it's a once in a blue moon thing.

I'm still pissed off at myself for the bad choices I made yesterday at dinner, oh well. I'll get over it.

ok so i have had today:

2 boiled eggs
1 banana
1 bite of pop tart
1.5 salmon patties
about 1/2 c cucumber salad

and probably already drank um 32 oz of water.

can anyone tell me if when you take salt out of your diet, you have to go potty more?? sure seems like it this week!! i cut salt out on monday, and will continue through lent (and hopefully beyond!)

L: Chicken and vegetable stirfry no rice
S: Orange
D: Talapia and mixed vegatables and 1/2 cup of brown rick

30 minutes at Curves; 45 minute Taebo tape tonight!

S: 6oz light yogurt
L: 10oz smart one frozen meal turkey w/mashed potatos
S: sm veggie salad w/ ff dressing
D: turkey sandwich on sprouted bread w/ steamed veggies
S: 100 cal size popcorn

Workout: Teaching yoga tonight
