I got back down to my 174--with a 7 lb loss for February
I'm taking it now instead of tomorrow! Going to Columbia restaurant for lunch and menu includes salad and fish--but no yellow rice or flan for me--so wish me luck
It's TOM, which doesn't help, but neither does the three servings of starches I ate yesterday. Oy! I'm actually up a pound, though I believe that's not an accurate weight. I only got four hours of sleep and between that and TOM, I figure it's a little elevated.
Next month will be SO much better. I'm giving up extra starches for Lent...if the fear of God doesn't help me, what will?
I posted such a down message yesterday but today weighed in at 154, so I lost 4 of the 8 pounds I wanted to lose... Even though I flubbed my diet quite a few times, I think it's the exercise that did it for me (cause I made my exercise goal)

I just updated my numbers. It seems that I have gotten rid of some water weight today. So I'll say I only lost two pounds this month. This water retention is really getting me even though I try to watch my sodium. I need to drink more water and exercise more. Corrected my ticker again today.
