What are your fitness/health goals? I'm going to weigh 125 lbs

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I reread my journal and saw how many times I'd promised myself that I'd lose weight, and failed every time... I'm sick of trying and failing and am ready to try and succeed.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I stuggle with "wasting food" as I watch portion sizes. It takes a lot for me to throw food away, or leave any on my plate.

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : My older sister, who has always been "the pretty one".

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? A 2-piece bathing suit
