Thumbs down heeeeeelp

I started dieting a while ago but never added excersise but at least the scales were telling me i was loosing. About 3/4 weeks ago i began excersising my *** off and there has been a lot off toning as well as cardio.
Thing is you'd think i'd be dropping the pounds but my weight has just stuck! Okay I'm sure i've dropped the inches but i was jus wondering if anyone has experienced this and when did the weight start coming off. I know they say muscle weighs more than fat but this is driving me mad and i jus wanna quit

I've been through that too, infact I'm stuck this week because I did some extra toning. Don't give up, they'll start coming off soon

Toning will do that babe.

Toning is a good thing..... toning is our friend.... it keeps things where they are technically supposed to be....

Oh ya... that is because you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat! You are still getting LOTS better; it just doesn't show on the scale!

I think the tape measure is WAY more important than the scale. If someone had told me before I started Fat Flush I could have 150 pounds OR size 12, but not both, I would have jumped at the size 12 thing 'cause I'd never been smaller than 14 as an adult.
So the fact that I'm now wearing size 6-8 is a complete and wonderful surprise. The only other thing I'd like to add to this discussion is to make sure you are eating enough to support your current exercise levels. Some newbies make the mistake of exercising TOO much for their current calorie levels and end up stalling their metabolism.

well... are you getting enough cals now that you are excerizing so well? may try upping then by 200 one day and decreasing them by 200 the next. maybe your metabolism just needs a little kick in the pants.

good luck!
